Brady was great to work with. He was professional but also made the process simple and stress free. He was readily available with quick answers whenever I had questions. It's clear he knows what he's doing with his attention to details when looking at different properties and some things that can set houses apart. I would definitely reccomend Brady to others looking at buying or selling. He keeps things easy while remaining a professional mindset the whole time.

Upon walking into a open house. I immediately made an offer to the listing agent, and call Brady immediately, and within minutes he had an offer sent to the listing agent in order to fend off about 15 potential other buyers. Answering the phone is everything.
